Snoopy – Before

Snoopy’s Journey from Playa del Carmen, Mexico, to Canada
Snoopy’s life took a terrifying turn when he was attacked and shaken by another dog on the streets of Playa del Carmen, leaving him with a broken jaw and covered in bruises. He bravely endured a difficult surgery to realign his jaw. He faced a long road to recovery.

Snoopy – After

Snoopy never gave up. With love, care, and his own resilient spirit, he healed completely. Today, he is living his best life in Canada adopted by a wonderful family. He is cherished, spoiled, and adored. His world is filled with comfort, joy, and endless love… and the world now happily revolves around him.

Storm – Before

Storm arrived at our sister shelter in Playa del Carmen Mexico on Christmas Eve after being hit by a car and left on the side of the road to die. He came to us partially paralyzed and fighting sepsis. Yet from the very beginning, his spirit amazed everyone.. In his young life, Storm had already endured so much hardship, yet he greeted every new day with resilience.

Storm – After

Now, Storm’s story has the happiest ending of all—he has been adopted into a loving home in Canada, where he is truly living like a king. From being broken and left on the side of the road, to a warm, safe place of his own, Storm is proof that miracles do happen. We thank you for that every day.
